Welcome to the meditation room. Still the mind and slow down and take the time for deep relaxation. Allow your thoughts to come and go, no pushing or pulling away just like fluffy clouds on a summer day. Take slow deep breaths in and out. Allow the spaciousness to wrap you around and let go. You are now in your higher self in the mind of meditation and at peace. Do this for at least 15 minutes daily. Return here as often as you need to in order to clear the mind and return to Navoti, balance and harmony.
